Education Qualification:
A bachelors degree with second class obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated
by or under the Central or a State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognized as such or
declared to be deemed as University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or
possess an equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Government.
2. Experience:
About Five years experience of administration in the Government or Panchayat or Local Bodies or
University or Grant-in-aid or Non-Grant-in-aid private primary school or upper primary school or
secondary education school or higher secondary education school or primary education adhyapan
mandir or District Institution of Education and Training ; or B.Ed. college or grant –in-aid collage, on the
post which can be considered equivalent to the post not below the rank of Auditor Group-1, Class III or
Head Clerk, Class-iii
3. Possess the basic knowledge of Computer Application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil
Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967.
4. Possess adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.
